Need help identifying 2 SMD 3-pin components

I have to SOT-23 parts (or SOT-323?) which I assume are transistors.
Since this is a tablet which works with 4.2V and 5V, I assume they would have a maximum voltage of no more than 50V.
They are rather small so they cannot dissipate much current. They are unlikely to be used in their linear region. One of them is marked KFD 630 and one of them KFD 631. So it could be that they are complementary parts or just different manufacturing dates.

How does one identify exactly which components those are? I'm sure I can figure out a similar replacement, at least in this case, but is it possible to determine the a more exact match?
