implement power saving feature in an esp32 project

So in my project im using one esp32c3xiao and many modules like 5 or 6. Even though the modules use consume under 1mAh, I want my project to last longer than 6 days without charge. So i decided to turn of the modules which are not used. So, in the modules i purchased, each of the modules have an LDO regulator ic and their EN pin are connected to 3.3v. So i was wondering if i can connect the EN pins to the gpios of the esp32 and control whichever modules should be turned on. Any ideas?
