E/OT I/OT T-E/OT T-I/OT ET?
(1/1)
Mechatrommer:
i got this from microchipDirect. i'm looking for SOT-23 packaging, so...
what the heck the difference between E/OT I/OT T-E/OT T-I/OT?
need help.
EEwannabe:
Read the marking information at the back of the datasheet.
Temperature range: E = Extended, I =Industrial
Packaging: P = PDIP, OT = SOT23 6-LD, MC = DFN 8-LD
the T at the end of PIC10F202(T) means tape and reel
Hope that helps.
