I want to know if there are some modules available with complete hardware and any example libraries?

Yeah you can find such ready made module on ebay and aliexpress quite easily and you can also design them on your own. You will need
NodeMCU
module which used
ESP8266
and can send the data on your mobile App.

Does NodeMCU has builtin mic? I was looking for some module who has MIC pre builtin, I was not able to find such, if NodeMCU has one i will check again.
Thanks

No it doesn't has a builtin MIC on the chip, you have to interface MIC Jack with
NodeMCU
.
You should also have a look at
Raspberry Pi
which has the MIC jack on it but may be it will be too complex/expensive for the project.
