How can i run this AC motor

I already mentioned that it was for braking in my earlier post #8 further up.
 I assumed I did not have to repeat 
 (example of how that motor works & could work)
I made a few typo's as well

I just tried to clearly explain to sairfan1 the details of how the motor works as we are in the beginner section
