Extech 382-210 30V, 3A Regulated Digital Power Supply

Hi y'all,

 I am on the market for a basic power supply and I have a chance to get used but fully operational  Extech 382-210 30V, 3A for about $40. Do you know if it's any good? I read the spec which meets all my needs but I did get burn with cheap tools before so I figured I better asked.

I do not really know the marked and brands so well, I have a multimeter from Extech which seems fine but I have no clue how good power supply they make.

Thanks for advice and if you have a tip for better tool I am happy to listen.
