Field-Oriented Control simulation is not working in Simulink

Your input vector to the PhaseVolt input on the PMSM block is of size 6 while it is only supposed to be of size 3. Ie. This should be the three phase voltage vector (the stator terminal voltages). You should probably have used a "dq0 to abc" transformation instead.
