Attempting to search for terms related to using a PLL as a bandpass filter only gave results relating to using low pass filters within PLL circuits as a means of converting pulses from a phase comparator in to DC levels. Can you provide a link to a page specifically discussing using a PLL in the way in which you are talking about?
Thanks

I'm still not sure what form a PLL acting as a bandpass filter would take, any suggestions? Thanks

A PLL can act as a bandpass filter because the oscillator lock-in range is small and freq. outside the max or min lock of the PLL will be ignored.
