Flickering SMD LED

Hi,

I am a complete amateur, and I hope this is the right place to ask this question. In my next project, I would like to use a flickering SMD LED. Something like LED’s used in tea lights, that imitate candle light but in small SMD package. There are a lot of options for through-hole 5mm and 3mm LEDs, but I struggle to find SMD counterparts. Does such a thing exist? Can someone point me in the right direction? For simplicity’s sake, I would prefer it to be a “self-flickering” LED, as I don’t know how to build my flickering circuitry.

Seems 0805 Package exists. Not sure where to get without the resistor and wires.

I've seen them here and there, mostly on import sites, but never anyone I know of as a reputable distributor.
