Couple days ago I got a Flir 4 that was updated to an 8 and noticed the msx image was above the regular thermal image, is this a manufacturing defect or software problem, can I reset the cam without losing the flir 8 updates?
I've pulled the battery and and replugged in that didn't help.
I contacted the seller and after not fixing the distance problem it had, was talked through a factory reset and everything is great again. :-+
