Does a half bridge driver like a 2153 works for a SMPS like a MIP411 or STR-W675

Hello!!
I'm trying to design a SMPS and i want to simulate it in Proteus v8.5 (i dont have time to get a different simulator), and a could not find a primary switching Ic like the  MIP411 or STR-W675, the only thing i can get is a half bridge driver, so i want to know if it is the same thing or how to connect a half bridge driver to control a SMPS
