help tuning this relaxation oscillator
« on: August 16, 2012, 10:38:41 pm »
HI
I want to know how do I tune the frequency of the following circuit up to 100KHZ as accurately as possible?
Would appreciate it if you could explain how you arrived to the solution

This looks suspiciously like a homework problem. Most forums don't particularly cater to doing someone else's work, just to give you a "head's up".

However, the manner in which this was asked makes me think it's legit, so...

I've attached the way I go through and read schematics, showing the simple steps involved. Start with the upper left corner and work your way across and down. I didn't outright solve your problem, but I do provide a (hopefully) clearer picture of how to solve it on your own, to suit your particular needs.
