Hey,
As stated in the title, I've got a Fluke i200 AC clamp (not i200s)
It outputs 1mA per every Ampère going through it, this is just fine for measuring with a multimeter, but what if I want to view the current waveform with my oscilloscope?
I know the i200s would be a better option, as it already has a BNC connector and outputs a voltage in relation to the current passing through it, but I'd like to stick with what I already have, for obvious cost reasons
I was thinking about just putting a 1k ohm resistor across the terminals; this would then, parallel with the 1M ohm scope impedance create a 1000 ohm resistance.
This would then give one volt per amp, I think...
Thanks in advance for any insights in what should be a simple problem :p
