I want to learn Design entry HDL to draw schematics...I am looking for a formatted document that helps me to create symbols and draw schematics...Please suggest...

Google for 'xilinx schematic entry'

There are tutorials, videos and papers on the topic.  At least one of which says not to use schematic entry.  If you use Xilinx tools, you need to use the obsolete ISE because the newer Vivado doesn't have a schematic editor.  No problem, really, it just limits your selection of chips to those that are now considered obsolete.

I am not into other toolchains so I have no idea what is available.
