Whats a decent boost IC for supplying maximum Vge voltage to gate drivers charging IGBT gates only high side within 120nc-290nC?
These aren't IGBT modules only TO247 parts going to =<20Khz likely ceramic caps would be required for boost filtering.

I like the SN650x from TI, you get a nice isolated supply this way, and there are off-the-shelf transformers ready made (e.g. from Wuerth Elektronics).
