Gate driver module for mosfet/IGBT

Hello,

Im looking for gate driver module to switch n-mosfet/IGBT.
It should have capability to adjust duty cycle and frequency.
Frequency should go higher than what ne555 can do, minimum 1MHz. Signal should be square wave.

What kinda options you guys know? I would rather buy ready module rather that try to build one.

I suppose you would be alright with than module.
I'm a little leery of the 6A current capability. Suspicion is based on other products making unrealistic claims.
Switching speeds of IGBts are quite a bit slower than MOSFETs . Typical IGBTs range from 20Khz to 80Khz. Where as MOSFETs will range much higher
The 555 timers can very. The TLC555 has a maximum frequency of around 2Mhz and the XTR655-D goes as high as 4Mhz. Aside from maximum supply voltages they are both drop in replacements for the NE555
