Hello,
you can find this info here: https://www.eevblog.com/forum/index.php?topic=1324.0 (https://www.eevblog.com/forum/index.php?topic=1324.0)
you can search the forums using the box at the top right. I used the terms "pcb manufacturer" to find the above.

I had some pcbs made at PCB cart in china and they where great at a great price. I did have a issue with the boards solder mask on the front side not populated and no traces but it was my fault due to inexperience and ignorance. That is how we learn right. I still used the boards and work fine just not as pretty as i wanted. I have made changes to the drawing and will reorder soon. Make sure if you have anything out of the ordinary that you put a fabnote layer with instructions as someone on here told me to do. It would have fixed my issue. The manufacturer can not read our minds. My board ordering experience was very godd and exciting. I am looking forward to ordering more. My post was awhile back and named ( issue with pcb order ) in the beginners section where I asked the forum what I did wrong. Hope this helps

Just got the new MOT circuit board (10 boards) quoted by www.pcbway.com/cc (http://www.pcbway.com/cc) . Price is $53 from Donald Trump's favorite place, China, as compared to $225 (approx) from Advanced Circuits in Colorado. Since I am not really in a hurry I am going to try China. I had some done in China (different company) a couple of years ago and they were great. Thinking of going to more surface mount and also having the assembly done in China. That would boost my effective hourly rate through the roof - up around $500. I don't particularly love to solder and am fine with some Chinese chick doing it for me. Less of my manual labor could also mean I could cut the price and go for world domination.
