Grid tie inverter

I am rather curious why there are 2 LC filters(Having large inductors) in the DC DC converter stage of this Grid tie inverter design,and also about the inductor at DC AC converter stage.
Also can any one tell what topology they are using for dc dc converter ?(my guess would be full bridge dc dc converter).
