I've accidently bought the following module, thinking it was l298
It wasn't, plus the markings are rubbed off
https://m.ebay.com/itm/2-5A-Dual-2-Channel-Mini-DC-Motor-Driver-Module-Beyond-L298N-PWM-Speed-Control/182506614991?_mwBanner=1
It looks quite similar in Pinout to the following, maybe it's a variant.-
https://m.ebay.com/itm/1-5A-Dual-Channel-DC-Motor-Driver-PWM-Dual-H-Bridge-Speed-Stepper-Driver-Module/232595542473?_mwBanner=1
I don't want to start a fire or have it spray blue black smoke of death on my face. Thus I need your help identifying the ic to gain access to it's datasheet.
The Pinout seems to be as follows-
To cap parallel to diode and resistor, positive
In1
In2
Power in, positive
Parallel to pin 1
In3
In3
Positive in
Out b1
Gnd
Gnd
Out b2
Out a1
Gnd
Gnd
Out a2
To me, it looks like 2 different silicon dies were combined into a single ic package
Similar to how, a 556 is 2 dies of 555
