I am oscilloscope hantek dso 5102p turns on, enters all functions, updates firmware, does self-calibration.  But do not perform measurements, your probe is inoperative dead.  I decided to disassemble and saw.  that line +5v was low about 0.98v .  The probe terminal tester should have 5v frequency 1khz, but it is marked 0.5v .  I decided to remove the 78r05 regulator and test it with load.  ok. Just a shot in the dark, but the possibly a digital-to-analog converter (DAC) similar to DAC80501,  https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/dac60501.pdf?ts=1688524034130&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.ti.com%252Fproduct%252FDAC60501 or similar.

Difficult to say without more information on where the pins lead.
