HELP! LM3914 Proteus (battery level indicator)

the circuit in these video from dave(eevblog)is not working for me. i have same value of resistors from that tutorial but nothing happens



my school project is manual charger using DC Motor. It will charge a battery and then detect if its battery level using LM3914. My battery is single 3.7v.

btw, i attached schematic file from proteus. can please someone check this? please help me
