Help! Xbox series x HDMI retiming Pads missing

Hello, i need your help for my xbox series x, when i take out the retimer ic, some pads are missing, did you know when pads are going to connect (my concern is in the bottom side from my pict the other has been connected) , TQ

What is the part number of the IC?
Looking at its datasheet has a good chance of providing you with the information you need.

Ic name is nb7n621m, xbox series x retimer ic. I find online file and its say nc, i don't know what that mean.

"nc" means No Connection. In other words, you can forget about these pads. Problem solved

one differential pair pad is still stripped.

How was that chip removed? With a blunt axe? (And why was it removed anyway?)

The diff pair is repairable, but if the chip was removed with that much damage, I doubt the ability of the same person to be able to repair the damage and reinstall a new chip....

With hotgun but its take long to remove that ic, and at the end use mini grinder, xbox still working btw, but after several attemps put new ic, is still no display so i assume maybe missing pad is the reason.
