Help identify power connector and pinout
« on: December 26, 2020, 04:35:36 pm »
I need to make a power cable for a Teltonika TRB140 LTE gateway.

It uses a connector that looks like the attached image.

I thought this was Micro-Fit 3.0, but it's slightly larger and won't mate with Micro-Fit 3.0.  Any idea what it might be?  The only marking I see on the part I have is "JMCONN".

Separately, I'm stuggling to make sense of the pinout:

It's a DC power supply -- what might those input and output pins be?

P.S. I'll ask the manufacturer, but figured someone here might know or could make an educated guess.

So it seems that the I/O pins are GPIO of sorts, accessible from firmware.  Not quite sure why they'd be on a connector labelled "power" but it seems I can just ignore them for my purposes.

The physical connector is still a bit of a mystery.  It seems that I'm able to mutilate MicroFit 3.0 to sorta fit, but the result is very ugly.  One physical difference between whatever this is and MicroFit is that its tab (and the corresponding cutout in the enclosure) is considerably narrower than MicroFit's.
