Help identifying MCU and RGB LED

(1/1)

zshift:
I bought a junk mechanical keyboard, and instead of getting rid of it, I wanted to try fixing it and getting it up and going again, but I'm having so much trouble finding replacement parts for it.

The board markings:
FK5338AL Ver1.1
IFP350   13302

The MCU markings:
FK5338
AL/US-111

MCU looks like a TQFP-64 7mmx7mm package.

The RGB LEDs have no visible marking on them. They are reverse mounted with holes in the PCB allowing them to shine through. Pinout is 1-common anode, 2-green, 3-red, 4-blue. I'm having trouble measuring the size, since it's so small, but my best guess is 1311 package size. It's SMD mounts with 2 pins jutting straight out on opposite ends.

I also see an ICE interface, which after a quick google appears to be a debugging port for the MCU. I'm not sure how to use this, but any pointing in the right direction would be a huge help.

amyk:
It's likely a custom mask-ROM MCU. Your best approach is to reverse-engineer the pinout and connect your own MCU to the key matrix if you want to use that.
