Help identifying old TI IC
« on: March 04, 2025, 01:45:39 am »
Hello,
I recently found an old bag of ICs from the 1980s ish and there are many of this chip that I cannot find any info on whether i search any numbers or use the TI lookup tool for part markings.
It reads:
158 2604
BP 851380TS
A 7905 H MALAYSIA

It also has 14 pins.

Does anyone recognize this chip or a datasheet for an equivalent modern one? included is an image.
Thanks in advance for any info.

I thought it was a Tek parts because of the 3 and 4 digit numbers, but 158- seems to be the part number used for crystal. :-//

Thanks for that! It makes sense as the other 80 ICs in the bag were all hex inverters. Now I just have to figure out what to make with 150 hex inverters…
