Hi all. Can anyone venture to guess what may be the structure of this component (see photo 1)? The package reminds me of a resistor array / network, and with the exception of pin 1, it behaves like a 6k-Ohm one. Other resistor arrays on this PCB are prefixed "RA," however, whereas this one is prefixed "U" which is always designated for ICs.
It is a single inline package (SIP-14) labeled "RE9511". Aside from their "U..." reference designators on the PCB, there is a mask label "RCF".
Pin 14 is connected to GND, Pin 1 is connected to VCC. Measure resistance between any pin 2-13 and GND (pin 14) is 6k-Ohm; between any pin 2-13 and VCC is 4.7k-Ohm. Between pin 1 and 14 measures 1k-Ohm. And between any pair of pins (2-3, 4-5, 6-7, 8-9, 10-11, 12-13) measures 220-Ohm. I was not able to pick up any capacitance measurement in place, across any two pins.
