help in identifying a part on a schematic
« on: October 29, 2024, 10:36:49 pm »
in researching an ideal diode circuit with under/over voltage protection Ive been reading the data sheet on ltc4416-1 https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/analog-devices-inc/LTC4416IMS-1-PBF/1620094

curious as to the symbol boxed in green
2418049-0
would it be 3 individual p channel mosfets

The adjacent circuit has them marked Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4 so just wondering if it has a different meaning when not labeled

THanks for any info

Yes, three enhancement-mode MOSFETs.

It is just three p-channel MOSFETs in series.   I do not know why they did not label them.

Thanks David,
It just threw mw off - wasnt sure if it meant something different - Lots to decipher in that datasheet.
