Help with crystal oscillator

Hello!
I’m trying to find a way to replicate a QXO-1100, I’m having a hard time finding a 4 pin equivalent.
From my understanding I can use a 2 pin crystal and make a driver for it.
Can someone point me in the direction on how to make this work haha
