What type of mini usb connector it is?

Can't find any part number or source where to get that connector.

its from Garmin navigation

if anyone know please give me a link or part number

Not quite it, but worth searching on eBay or AliExpress for things like "Garmin USB socket"

already searched.. can find similar with pcb attached .. :) but wtf is this connector is it custom made by garmin :D i thing i end up by soldering charger wires straight to pcb :))

Most definitely likely custom job, yes. If you can find something that still maintains the right socket positioning (for the casing) while soldered to the board with the pins, then you could at least just bodge it with silastic or epoxy in place of the mechanical holds / keys.
