I just got a Rigol 832 three channel supply that has a resolution of 1mV and 1 mA.  I am trying to figure out the absolute accuracy (assuming calibrated properly).

The datasheet notes an "Annual Accuracy" (25?±5?) of ±(Output Percentage+Offset).  Specifically it states Voltage 0.05% + 10mV and Current 0.2% + 10mA.  Is this the absolute accuracy or is this the maximum shift in absolute accuracy over the year or is this the absolute accuracy?

The only other info that sounds like a description of accuracy in the datasheet is Linear Regulation Rate ±(Output Percentage+Offset), Voltage <0.01%+2mV; Current <0.01%+250?A

Any advice appreciated
