Help with unknown LCD 84*8 1 Line dot matrix

hi all

has anyone ever come across these small one line Dot Matrix LCDs? I cant find any datasheet for them , seem to be some sort of OEM for some R&D company. they come in 2 different part numbers. but both the same. HC-84*8-6674 OR SCM211A .

i am trying to see if i can interface them with Arduino but having no luck.

any help is highly appreciated.
