SMD Electrolytic capacitor markings

Trying to repair a faulty USB soundcard and I suspect a couple of filtering capacitors have given up the ghost. They are surface mount electrolytics with the following markings:
100
6S
E74

I'm guessing 100uF but not 100% sure.

Any help appreciated thanks!

Every manufacturer uses different markings so it's hard to know for sure, but with those marks it should be 100uF 6.3V

One other thing to note (one of those fabled traps for young players).

A through-hole electrolytic capacitor has the 'band' next to the negative lead

An SMD wet electrolytic in a round can also has the black mark next to the negative lead

An SMD tantalum electrolytic in a plastic case has the mark next to the POSITIVE lead.

Count me among their number which is why I passed the information on, learn from my mistakes.

Just to follow up on this... I replaced it with a 100uf radial capacitor with the leads bent to fit the pads and it didn't work. Replaced that with a 10uf and voila, it worked perfectly.

Still got a very high frequency (audible) whine from something in the power section but it is markedly lower having replaced a couple of these capacitors.
