Hi please how can i adjust the gain of this amplifier circuit to be like the original as indicate with arrow below, i need to adjust the circuit to amplifier correct with the same original gain  as indicate in  the uncompleted circuit.

They are biased differently with the original collector at half the supply voltage but the new circuit has its collector voltage too high.
The new circuit has too much voltage gain which can be reduced by increasing the value of the 386 ohm resistor. When the emitter resistor value is increased then the collector voltage will drop closer to what it should be. The emitter resistor should be about 456 ohms.
