Where's your work?  Or are you just creating the tables?  Yes, they are correct but you don't have one for the 3 input AND gate.

You've given the truth table for a NOR gate when there isn't a NOR gate in the problem.
The truth table for the OR gate uses A and B as inputs when the inputs in the problem are A and D.
No truth table for the 3-input AND.
The inputs to the 2-input AND are not A and B, and the output is X. What's the equation for those inputs?
Whats the final equation for X?
