Title: Hitachi VC-750.Is it worth it?

i found on a local version of Ebay in Romania a Hitachi VC-7504.the guy asks for about 300$.is it worth buying as a beginner scope?

Hitachi is a good brand, but

To much money for Real-time sampling: DC to 25MHz

Any new 300 USD scope  will do better for less
