What kind of video cable is this?

I can’t find the answer and it’s driving me crazy. The video output from my brand-new (to me) Cadillac night vision camera (which has a Raytheon BST sensor) has three wires: yellow, green, and presumably ground. In the car they were attached to a connector, which has been severed and didn’t come to me with the camera. I will attach pictures.

My extensive googling provided some facts:

1. The output is NTSC composite.
2. The yellow wire is “night vision video low signal.”
3. The green wire is “night vision video high signal.”

However, composite video cable like RG-6 and RG-59 only has one wire running through the middle plus some copper shielding outside an insulator. Googling “video low signal” and “video high signal” hasn’t helped. I found a “pin out” but it didn’t help me figure out what kind of cable to connect to the video out.

So how can I connect the camera’s output to a video device? Preferably conserving and displaying the full range of image data?

It's balanced. I'd start by putting a decently large cap (start with 100nF) in series with the green wire, then connect that and ground to an RCA connector.
