Title: How can I find 5 letters marked IC with 8 pin IAFEF ?

Hi All

As topic i'm not able to find the datasheet of an IC 8pin marked IAFEF.
I see a lot of chip marked with 5 letters but I don't know how to read them.
Sorry for the silly question and thx anyway.

Don't know if this helps but the Markings IAFEF point to a SOT23-8 switching regulator .https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32900819085.html (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32900819085.html) and the closest manufacturer with Top marks like that is Monolithic Power Systems . For example https://www.monolithicpower.com/en/documentview/productdocument/index/version/2/document_type/Datasheet/lang/en/sku/MPQ2143-AEC1/ (https://www.monolithicpower.com/en/documentview/productdocument/index/version/2/document_type/Datasheet/lang/en/sku/MPQ2143-AEC1/) page 15. JEDEC REFERENCE IS MO-193, VARIATION BA .

I normally use this site when I need to look for a smd reference marking: http://www.smdmark.com/en-US/search/code?id=IAF (http://www.smdmark.com/en-US/search/code?id=IAF)

I've searched using only "IAF" and got some results. The MP2159GJ step-down converter seems to fit your description.

I already tried mp2159 but it seems to have different pin configuration or i have another shorted components that I can't find anywhere. Atm I ordered IAFEF from aliexpress. But thx so much for this site to recognize SMD. I'll check for MPQ2143-AEC1. Thank so much for this answers. Really appreciate.
