Help me find this plug

This old telescope from 2000 has a GPS patch with a plug that looks like a u-fl, maybe a tad larger diameter (difference below 0.1mm) but the center hole that receives the pin is wider, maybe by 0.1 or 0.2 mm so the patch antenna doesn't fit a u-fl receptacle of the new gps module I want to attach.

Is that plug MHF3? Is there an adapter to u-fl I can purchase?
