"Automagic" window roller control

Hi there,

I'm looking for a commercial solution to replace the manual up/down switch of my rollers with an automated one which should be able to open/close the rollers based on, for example, the official dusk/dawn times for my location (manually override able)

I've seen some fairly inexpensive switches (less than 50 EUR), which are programmable through an Android app, but I don't know if I need something else in the infrastructure for them to work (a server of some kind or whatever...)

--> Is such a switch, connected to the WiFi enough to work independently once programmed through the App, or does it need something else ?
--> Do you have, based on your experience, some examples of fairly reliable models to guide me ?
