asking about buying oscilloscope

hi
i wanted to ask about which is better ds1052e or hantek dso4104b
those are the only 2 devices i found with my budget as the shipping rates to egypt are high and i only have about 340$
the rigol is a bit old and there's no much reviews about this hantek dso4104b
i hope you can help me choosing and if there another options

Maybe look for a used 1054z? Rigolna clearance sale, or so?

Try to get a job at your engineering department as a course helper or anything really. Even if it does not pay much, such jobs usually get you access to labs to play with all the nice equipment they have. (at least it did im my day)
