gather all engineers and professors. anybody publish writing may get royalty, profit gained will be used for humanity, so thats what they said. or are you talking IEEE the fpga library?

It looks like SDBFG could use some help on how to start appropriate and fruitful threads. SDBFG, it would help if you investigated yourself first a bit and asked questions about what you found after that. Just injecting a question like this into a forum is unlikely to get you far.

the real turing test for eevblog members... one i know FPGA is Altera Cyclone II, now you can google that... the fellow members from here (https://www.eevblog.com/forum/beginners/beginners-don_t-run-away-please!/msg1434042/#msg1434042) should chime in...
