How is this clippy spacer called?

How is this clippy (the "arrow" point squeezes, enters the hole, and widens) thing called?

Be super careful with essentra.

What they show on the website, and what actually turn up might be substantially different - they have big problems on the website (I'm in the middle of trying to extract a refund for some stuff that is totally not what was shown).

They do PDF versions of their catalogues - use them instead (their advice to me!).

I also have had problems with Essentra / Reid Supply or whatever they want to call themselves.  Their web listings are totally bonkers and getting the correct item just isn't worth the effort of buying from them.  If you send something back, it takes them forever to give you a credit.  I really don't know how they stay in business.

Thank you, I searched for their product on digikey, and found this whole category
