RGB modding - ta8801an

I am modding a JVC RGB monitor whose jungle IC is a ta8801an (datasheet attached).
The datasheet reports a 0.75 on the RGB lines for switching to the osd, and there seem to be no switch pin.
0.75 seems pretty high. Should I assume the video signal is not the usual ~1Vpp but it is 5Vpp?
Has anyone ever rgb modded a monitor this particular jungle ic?
