How to check SIOV (PTC Thermistor) C945 - Good or to replace?

Hi,
I have a doubt about the test of a SIOV (PTC Thermistor) C945 from TDK which tells me to the 0.45 Ohm.
See technical data here:
https://www.tdk-electronics.tdk.com/inf/55/db/PTC/PTC_OC_Leaded_12V_C945_C995.pdf
I find in the datasheet a "Rr" of 0.45 Ohms, is this correct?
Is this the value I need to measure?
Thank you in advance for your reply.
