Hello everyone.
I am in the process of making my own battery for my Hitachi 18V drill. I almost finished modeling the case on Fusion 360.
And I need to make a board to allow the electrical connections.
So I need your help!
Do you know how this type of connector is called?
I tried with "double wipe", "prong contact" and many more but I can't find anything relevant.
Thank you everyone!

Hi, that really looks like a card guide, except for the fact I've not seen the double-height arms before. We used to supply them many years ago. I only know of one company that makes them, but I'm sure there must be others. Something like this:

It's entirely possible Hitachi have had these custom made to their own requirements, maybe based on the concept of card guides. Sorry I can't be of any further help!

Try googling "battery blade connector". Doesn't come up with that exact part, but you might find something you can use.
