How to wire LiIon batteries to balance plug

Hello guys!!Does anyone have a schematic or link to show how to attach a balance plug to a homemade 4-cell battery?Thank you so much!

It depends on the plug/type. See here:

For JST connectors and regular (non-pouch) cells:



Pin 1 on this balance connector would be the left side pin when looking at the side of the battery connector plug with the clip (or indexing pins) on the top and wires out the back.
