How to choose the µC/OS for ST32F103RET6?

Hey guys ,
I have a ST32F103RET6 MCU and want to choose the µC/OS for it but, when I go to µC/OS's web-site, I see for Some MCU like:
STM32F103RB and STM32F103VB and STM32F103ZE
I don't know which is for my MCU! and also I have another problem. my Compiler is Keil but, sound like it just support the IAR.

The first letter after 103 indicates the number of pins: R (64 pins), V (100 pins) or Z (144 pins).
The second letter indicates the amount of flash: B (128k), E (512k).
The third is package type and the fourth is temperature range.

If that doesn't help, ask Micrium for help... (or maybe pick a free compiler and RTOS?

I'd like to use µC/OS, not RTOS. I think it is the best.
