how work this?

HPWRUP while switching on we have a short pulse , then LRST and LHLT is inverted to HPWRUP right?
LRST and LHLT is connected to motorola reset and halt pin which one is normal?  LRST remain high or LRST remain low?
because LHT remain 5V and LRST goes 0V

No inversion.

If HPWRUP is low, LRST and LHLT are pulled low as well. M68K design?
