Title: How would I test these with a meter to see if good?

Theres a bunch of these but I dont have schematics for the board.

There are websites for matching SMT codes to part numbers.

Without knowing what it is (BJT, FET, (TVS) diodes, etc) the simplest is to poke around in diode mode to find PN junctions. Same parts should have PN junctions over the same pins. but when testing in circuit you add extra uncertainty because of surrounding circuitry.

Another way is power the circuit up and look with a scope at signals passing these components. Do they make sense?
