HP 3325A error cal1.

I have an HP3325A with errors cal1, cal2 and 3 pass, I have the operator-service manual, in which section does it help to investigate the defect?

After replacing the aborted F3, the 3325A passes the 3 tests without errors. I approached the calibration, at least in amplitude, excluding harmonics and spurious, not having an SA. I performed the D / A Converter Offset, up to punyto "e", after which I was unable to continue, point "f" I cannot execute it, at this point the explanation is not very clear.
